Abstract
Flexible symmetric supercapacitor constructed by TiNxOy/MnO2 nanoarrays, of which the adhesion between TiNxOy and Ti substrate is enhanced by introducing a compact layer (~ 140Â nm in thickness), can offer a high capacitance of 21.94Â mFÂ cmâ2 even at a fast charge-discharge rate of 60Â mAÂ cmâ2, and deliver ultralong cyclic stability with a retention of 93.88% over 10,000 cycles.264
