Abstract
Enhanced light trapping in ITO-free thin film CQD solar cells is reported by fine tailoring the interference effect within a microcavity structured CQD solar cell. A thin CQD solid layer can be located in a favorable region in the optical electric field to enhance photoexciton generation and charge dissociation, and the obtained solar cells fabricated on both glass and flexible substrates exhibit good photovoltaic performance.312
