Abstract
All-solid-state lithium ion batteries based on Li2FeSiO4 cathode materials are assembled for the first time. The high reversible capacity (258.2 mA h gâ1 at 1 C), high rate performance (67.5 mA h gâ1 at 30 C) are achieved due to the enhanced diffusivity and electrical conductivity increased by nearly four orders of magnitude from 300 K to 373 K.
