Abstract
												⺠We present a rate theory modelling helium induced void and bubble formation. ⺠Pair potential calculations are used to assess the parameters of the rate theory. ⺠The results of the rate theory modelling are compared with experiment. ⺠The experimental seen behaviour is explained from the atomistic picture.
