Abstract
⺠Lattice Monte Carlo study of the solute atom-vacancy preferences. ⺠Vacancy preference towards solute atom increases the precipitate cluster mobility. ⺠Precipitates grow by coalescence of the mobile clusters. ⺠NKW-model is modified to include precipitate growth by cluster coalescence.
