Abstract
⺠We verify the applicability of the classical contact theories with the QC method. ⺠Lomer-Cottrell locks act as obstacles to dislocation motion in Cu substrate. ⺠The M-D model has a wider range of application. ⺠A small irregular tension zone adjacent to the non-local region is observed.
