Abstract
⺠This article focused on the phenomenon of tip damage in the automatic manipulation. ⺠The Coarse-Grained Molecular Dynamics (CGMDs) method has been used. ⺠A new criterion as root mean squares (RMSs) changes of position is used. ⺠Damaging effects of tip are predicted and positioning errors are estimated. ⺠Predictions are performed for automatic nanomanipulation scheme successfully.
