Abstract
⺠We develop a phase field grain growth model combined with a micro-elasticity effect. ⺠Distribution of strain energy density in grains shows features of micro-elasticity. ⺠An external load can cause texture evolution with respect to elastic anisotropies. ⺠Grains having higher strain energy density grow with decreasing total strain energy.
