Abstract
⺠Adsorptions of the organic molecules on the graphene sheet were investigated. ⺠Relationship between the electron affinity and the electron transfer was revealed. ⺠p or n doping of graphene sheet can be realized by adsorbing organic molecules. ⺠Results will be useful for the application of graphene in nanoelectronic devices.
