Abstract
⺠Alumina filled ZA-27 alloy composite materials are fabricated by stir casting techniques. ⺠FEA and H&JM model results slightly-higher then the experimental results in longitudinal direction. ⺠Experimental-FE simulation 4 wt.% reinforcement is 1.6%, 1.66% while for 8 wt.% is 0.92%, 0.98%. ⺠However, for 12 wt.% reinforcement it is 5.5%, 2.22%, respectively. ⺠At lower temperature the trend of Eâ² remained in the order of E0wt.%â²>E12wt.%â²>E4wt.%â²>E8wt.%â².
