Abstract
► We establish a series of 3D multi-particulate numerical models for filled rubber. ► We investigate the effect of filler content and particle shape in simulation. ► The deformation behavior of filled rubber under uniform tension has been examined. ► The comparison between all kinds of computational results and test data is given. ► The strain distribution of filled rubber is discussed based on simulation results.
