Abstract
⺠We establish a series of 3D multi-particulate numerical models for filled rubber. ⺠We investigate the effect of filler content and particle shape in simulation. ⺠The deformation behavior of filled rubber under uniform tension has been examined. ⺠The comparison between all kinds of computational results and test data is given. ⺠The strain distribution of filled rubber is discussed based on simulation results.
