Abstract
⺠Five instability criteria were employed to delineate the unstable flow regions. ⺠The material exhibited unstable flow at higher strain rates and entire temperatures. ⺠Semiatin's criterion under-predicts the instability regions. ⺠Gegel's and Malas's criteria over-predict the instability domains. ⺠Prasad's and Murty's criteria predict the unstable domains more accurately.
