Abstract
⺠SiCp/AZ91 nanocomposites were successfully fabricated by ultrasonic vibration. ⺠Grains of nanocomposites are gradually refined with increasing the volume fraction. ⺠SiC nanoparticles are well-dispersed in the 0.5 vol.% and 1 vol.% nanocomposites. ⺠The tensile strength of the nanocomposite is improved.
