Abstract
⺠Deformation behavior of GH4169 alloy associated with stick δ phase dissolution was studied. ⺠Optimum parameter for forging process was predicted under the condition of 940 °C/0.001 sâ1. ⺠Flow instability region located around 940 °C/1.0 sâ1 with stick δ phase content of about 14%. ⺠The δ phase content equation during isothermal compression process has been established.
