Abstract
⺠The millimetre scale W ball reinforced BMGC is prepared by infiltration technique. ⺠The plasticity of Zr-base BMG is improved because of the formation of shear bands. ⺠The properties of the composite depend evidently on the strain rates. ⺠The high strain rate leads to the higher strength and larger plasticity.
