Abstract
⺠Maxima are observed for both the yield strength and fatigue lifetime in Cu films. ⺠Fatigue damage changes from extrusions to boundary cracks as length scale decreases. ⺠Size-dependent fatigue behaviors are explained by deformation mechanism transition.
