Abstract

âº For the first time, a CAD algorithm for Collagenous Colitis diagnosis is proposed. âº The proposed method helps pathologists evaluate colon samples more accurately. âº Proposed method explores the best set of features from different descriptors. âº In this algorithm a pre-trained MLP neural network is used for classification. âº To achieve robustness against false positives, an index named STD is presented.
