Abstract
⺠This work extends the possibility to use atomic force microscopy for analyzing of membrane nanostructure of red blood cells. ⺠The space Fourier transform was used to decompose the complex AFM image of the surface into three simpler ones. ⺠The parameters of spectral windows selected according the natural structures of RBC membranes. ⺠This method allows to compare statistically the nanostructure alterations of cells membranes resulting blood intoxication in vitro.
