Abstract
⺠The ultrastructural characterization of the mature larvae of C. sasakii infected by B. bassiana were investigated by using light, scanning and transmission electron microscopy. ⺠Infection by B. bassiana on C. sasakii mainly by penetrating the integument. ⺠Infection by B. bassiana destroy the lamella structure of integument. ⺠Infection by B. bassiana induce defense response of C. sasakii. ⺠The infection of silk gland was observed by TEM.
