Abstract
► Phase contrast microscopy revealed extracelluar vesicles fused together in fertilized eggs, mice and rats. ► Fluorescence microscopy verified the fused microgranules contained nucleus-like signals. ► We found evidence for fusion of DNA microgranules to form specific structures by a combination microscopy with incubation.
