Abstract
												⺠Fine NiTi precipitates coherent with the Cr matrix are formed in CrNiTiAl alloys. ⺠Al prefers substituting for Ti instead of Ni in NiTi precipitates in CrNiTiAl alloys. ⺠Cr prefers substituting for Ni instead of Ti in NiTi precipitates in CrNiTiAl alloys.
