Abstract
⺠Pre-friction diffusion hybrid bonding was proposed to achieve a BMG/BMG joint. ⺠The pre-friction process broke the oxide film of BMG specimens during joining. ⺠No observable crystallization was detected by MF-XRD and TEM. ⺠Pre-friction diffusion hybrid bonding provided a route for the bonding of BMG.
