Abstract
⺠Interfacial reactions in liquid-state Sn/Co interfacial reactions. ⺠With increasing temperatures, the CoSn3 phase transforms into CoSn2 at 327 °C. ⺠The growth kinetic parameters for CoSn3 were determined. ⺠Two-stage reactions were used to investigate the thermal stability of CoSn2. ⺠The peritectic temperature of Liquid + CoSn2 â CoSn3 was determined around 327 °C.
