Abstract
⺠Two metamagnetic transitions are apparent in the magnetization data. ⺠Reorientation of the Co and Ga sublattices is responsible for those transitions. ⺠Spin glass behavior results from the disorder within Co/Ga layers. ⺠High Kondo temperature is related to the low symmetry of the unit cell.
