Abstract
► A 2D scanning Seebeck measurement system with high spatial resolution was developed. ► The sign inversion of the Seebeck coefficient was detected for the Bi-Te system. ► The anisotropic Seebeck coefficient was observed in the polycrystalline Zn-Sb system.
