Abstract
⺠The hardness of AlCoCrFeMo0.5Nix alloys decreases from Hv 904 with x = 0 to Hv 404 with x = 2.0. ⺠The alloys are superior in hardness and fracture toughness over the AlxCoCrCuFeNi alloys. ⶠNi-0, Ni-0.5, and Ni-1.0 alloys are much harder than In 718, In 718H, and T-800 at 1273 K ⶠNi-0, Ni-0.5, Ni-1.0, and Ni-1.5 alloys have higher softening resistance than In 718, In 718 H, and T-800. ⺠The AlCoCrFeMo0.5Nix alloys have great potential in high-temperature applications.
