Abstract
												⺠We study the effect of Ta on the superintrinsic stacking fault of L12-Co3(Al,W). ⺠Ab initio modeling, the Axial Ising Model and Quasi-random Structures were adopted. ⺠Ta increases the superintrinsic stacking fault energy of L12-Co3(Al,W).
