Abstract
The powder samples of Na0.5Bi0.5TiO3- Ba0.7-xLaxSr0.3Sn0.1Ti0.9-0.25xO3 (NBT-BLSST) have been prepared successfully by a wet solid-phase method. The effects of La-doping on morphology, temperature stability and dielectric properties of NBT-BLSST ceramic samples have been investigated in detail. The XRD results show that the composites possess tetragonal perovskite phase structure. The dense phase morphology of NBT-BLSST is observed by scanning electron microscopy. The dielectric constant of ceramic samples can reach 4618 while the La doping is 0.8â¯mol%. The dielectric loss of capacitance is below 0.097. The temperature coefficient of capacitance varies from â15.02% to 16.13% in the temperature range between â55â¯Â°C and 200â¯Â°C. The temperature characteristic of capacitance is very close to EIA X9R specifications.
