Abstract
The poly(NMPy-co-Py)/BNCF composites have been successfully prepared by in-situ solution polymerization. The BNCF can be coated by co-polymer (N-methylpyrrole-co-pyrrole), which is mainly due to the electrostatic force and hydrogen bonding. Moreover, the composite conductivity depends on the mNMPy-Py/mBNCF, nNMPy/nPy and H3PO4 concentration, and reaches the maximum value in the H3PO4 concentration of 0.3Â mol/L. The excellent EMW absorbing properties of composites are the summation of the dielectric loss produced by poly(NMPy-co-Py) with dipolar reorientation polarization and relaxation effects, the magnetic loss produced by BNCF with the spin-rotation resonance and domain-wall resonance, as well as the interface relaxation between copolymer chains and magnetic particles.183
