Abstract
The ultra-sharp ZnO nanopagoda arrays have been grown on the silicon substrate with ZnO nanorod arrays by appropriate volumes of reaction precursor in conjunction with aqueous chemical growth method and downward growth process. Cathodoluminescence properties of ultra-sharp ZnO nanopagoda arrays exhibited very high performance ultraviolet emission in the temperature range of 10-300Â K.
