Abstract
- TiO2 nanotubes fabricated by anodizing of Ti thin films in aqueous HF electrolytes.
- TiO2 nanotubes annealed at 300 °C and 700 °C to obtain anatase and rutile phases.
- Electrical, optical and VOC gas sensing properties of the nanotubes investigated.
- Dc conduction mechanism can be explained with the thermally activated conduction.
- The sensor response of anatase was higher than that of rutile for almost all VOC gases.
