Abstract
Micro-spherical particle of LiMn2O4 were synthesized using the spherical Mn3O4 and Li2CO3 with molar ration of Li/Mn = 1.05:2. At 55 °C, its initial discharge capacity is as high as 125.2 mAh/g. After 200 cycles, the discharge capacity is 101.8 mAh/g, meaning the capacity loss rate is 0.09% per cycle.
