Abstract
- Optical properties of SnO2:Sb nano films are studied.
- A minimum resistivity was obtained for 10Â mol% Sb.
- The wrinkle network arranged on the film surface is formed above 7Â mol% of Sb.
- The band gap increases as the Sb content raises.
- The PL results show the quenching with increasing Sb content up to 10Â mol%.
