Abstract
⺠CVD synthesis of Bi2Se3 nanoparticles. ⺠Bi2Se3 and CdS co-sensitized TiO2 nanorod arrays electrode was assembled by CVD. ⺠Direct physical contact heterojunctions were formed at the interfaces of electrode. ⺠Cascade structure of band-edge levels was formed in Bi2Se3/CdS/TiO2 electrode.
