Abstract
⺠Monophasic Mn-doped In2O3 nanoparticles by solvothermal method for first time. ⺠Plausible reaction mechanism and kinetics study using thermogravimetric analysis. ⺠Highest surface area obtained so far as compared to the literature report. ⺠Particle size decreases with increasing Mn concentration. ⺠High degree of optical transparency (â¼95%) is observed.
