Abstract
► Monophasic Mn-doped In2O3 nanoparticles by solvothermal method for first time. ► Plausible reaction mechanism and kinetics study using thermogravimetric analysis. ► Highest surface area obtained so far as compared to the literature report. ► Particle size decreases with increasing Mn concentration. ► High degree of optical transparency (∼95%) is observed.
