Abstract
⺠Multifunctional Fe3O4/ZnO/SiO2 nanocomposites were prepared. ⺠They possessed multiphonon resonant Raman scattering, photoluminescence and superparamagnetism. ⺠The introduction of silica made the nanocomposites more water-soluble and biocompatible.
