Abstract
⺠(Mg0.93Zn0.07)2SnO4 had a dielectric constant of 8.5. ⺠(Mg0.93Zn0.07)2SnO4 had a quality factor of 186,100 GHz. ⺠The dielectric constant was affected by the density and ionic polarization. ⺠The quality factor was dominated by the density and internal strain.
