Abstract
⺠We study a periodic nickel nanostructure of different heights on the silicon support and uniform nickel layers. ⺠The propagation velocities of Rayleigh-type phonons and anisotropy of surface phonons velocities were determined. ⺠The island nanostructure of pseudo-hexagonal symmetry was found to have eigenmode.
