Abstract
⺠The microstructural and optical properties of Cd1âxFexS thin films were studied. ⺠The micro structural parameters of the films have been determined. ⺠The room temperature reflectance and transmittance data are analyzed. ⺠The refractive index and energy gap are determined. ⺠The single oscillator parameters were calculated.
