Abstract
⺠Carbon nanotubes are in situ grown on Ni-loaded SiC. ⺠The complex permittivity of carbon nanotubes are tailored by silicon carbide. ⺠A minimum reflection loss of â37.6 dB can be obtained at 14.5 GHz under the thickness of 1.9 mm. ⺠The bandwidth of reflection loss below â10 dB can reach 5.1 GHz.
