Abstract
CoNiO2/MXene composite is successfully fabricated by a facile hydrothermal method combined with an annealing treatment. The CoNiO2 nanoparticles anchor on MXene evenly form a rough multilayer structure, which can promote Na+ transmission and relieve volume expansion during charge/discharge cycling. The CoNiO2/MXene multilayer structure composite as anode material for sodium-ion batteries delivers a high discharge capacity of 223â¯mAâ¯hâ¯gâ1 at 100â¯mAâ¯gâ1 and displays outstanding rate performance of 188â¯mAâ¯hâ¯gâ1 at 300â¯mAâ¯gâ1.
