Abstract
Non-toxic and low-cost SnO2 films were fabricated through a low-temperature solution reaction method and were characterized for the crystalline structure, morphology, optical and electrical properties in detail. The Sb2Se3 solar cell that employs the developed SnO2 film as the buffer layer displayed a maximum PCE of 2.47%. By this work, a new thought was proposed for developing non-toxic buffer layers of thin film solar cells and flexible solar cells.
