Abstract
A series of visible-light driven photocatalysts (Ag3PO4/LaCo(1âx)BixO3) with tuning Bi content are synthesized via in-situ precipitation method, and the BPA degradation efficiency are utilized to evaluate catalytic performance. Comparing with pure Ag3PO4, Ag3PO4/LaCo(1âx)BixO3 displays outperform catalytic performance (higher activity and super stability). In detailed, BPA can be totally degraded by Ag3PO4/LaCo0.5Bi0.5O3 during 40â¯min visible-light irradiation, and its mineralization rate is 87.71%. Furthermore, a possible mechanism, direct hole oxidation, is illustrated for BPA degradation.
