Abstract
Hexagonal SnS2/SnS nanosheets were synthesized facilely by one step method. The final products were mainly determined by reaction temperature and mole ratios of the precursors. X-ray diffraction (XRD), Raman spectra, Scanning electron microscope (SEM) and Transmission electron microscopy (TEM) were used to analyze the phase purities and morphological properties of SnS2/SnS nanosheets. UV-vis absorption spectra were measured to confirm the bandgaps of SnS2/SnS nanosheets. Photoelectric characterizations revealed the good photovoltaic properties of SnS2/SnS nanosheets.
