Abstract
The present work reports the detection of new switching materials in lead containing selenium rich quaternary glasses. The results of current-voltage characteristics in some multi-component glasses of Se-Te-Sn-Pb system confirms the memory switching behavior in parent Se-Te-Sn glass that changes into threshold switching behavior after incorporation of Pb.
