Abstract
Properties of fully developed viscous flow through a super-elliptic duct are reported. The cross section resembles rectangular ducts with rounded corners. The effect of corner rounding depends on the aspect ratio, and in general decreases both flow and convective (H1) heat transfer but increases minimum wall shear stress. An accurate, efficient Ritz method is used.
