Abstract
Novel chain-like CoNi alloy microstructures have been successfully prepared via a solvothermal route at 155 °C with the assistance of polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) as a growth directing agent, and the sample possessed ferromagnetic behavior and significantly enhanced coercivity of 162.4 Oe compared to that of bulk counterpart.
