Abstract
This paper reports the synthesis of AgInS2 cluster films on TiO2/FTO substrate by the hydrothermal route and demonstrates the photoelectric application of them. The AgInS2 clusters with an average particle size of 0.8 µm were synthesized on the surface of TiO2 nanorod arrays. The investigation results of photoelectric performance indicate that the fill factor of AgInS2 clusters/TiO2 nanorod array photoelectrode is 65.8%, and the energy conversion efficiency is 1.039%, which is twice that of bare TiO2 nanorod array photoelectrode.
