Abstract
⺠Phosphates hinder the corrosion of Mg by chlorides and reduce its degradation rate. ⺠The service period of F-treated Mg implants may be extended by phosphates. ⺠F- treated Mg reinforced by powder metallurgy is a promising biomaterial.
