Abstract
⺠Alq3 nanowires were fabricated by an adsorbent-assisted PVD. ⺠The as-deposited nanowires are surface-bound and single crystalline. ⺠The CL spectrum exhibits a strong fluorescence emission at 497 nm. ⺠The CAFM image reveals a high electron-transporting ability.
